Delivery Information
Your order will be shipped only after the payments are received through Credit Card payments or Bank Deposit/Transfer.
Cash on Delivery (COD) – You can pay directly to the delivery agent once you have received the books.
Weekends, and all mercantile holidays are not working days and orders made on those days will be processed on the next working day. The delivery may be delayed in case of holidays occur within delivery period.
We hold no responsibility to any delays caused to wrong or missing delivery information.

Returns
To be eligible for a return, please return the item directly to the seller within 3 days of receipt. Your items must be unused and in the same condition you received it. Your items must be in the original packaging wherever applicable.
If the product is faulty (meaning it is not of satisfactory quality, not fit for purpose, or not functioning as described), again you can return it to us within 3 days, and we will refund the price paid, less the basic delivery charge, and the cost of packaging for returning the product to your original method of payment.
Other than in the case of faulty products, we will only accept the return of unopened/unused products.
